these are the worst knee pad inserts ever, they are heavy and feel like big rubber squares in your pants, you definately know they are there hitting your legs every time you walk. i ditched these junk inserts and bought the 5.11 inserts and they are the best. they are soft and mold to your leg when you walk unlike these which are stiff as a board

Well Worth the money and a Great Investment!
I bought these knee pads being very skeptical. The one aspect I look for in a product is Durability since I take all my equipment to Hades and back. My ACU's wore out before my knee pads and they are still like new. They fit perfectly in my ACU's and feel very comfortable. Although if you are in infantry and crawl around alot these will still be beneficial, though your knees on your uniform will give out through wear and tear. If you are considering buying these go ahead and do it and I assure you they are well worth the money. if you take care of them, they will take care of you.
Thanks and Gig 'em
These pads works very good when combined with hard shell knee pads which helps when kneeling a lot. Also will work as elbow pads, just cut them about one forth shorter and add cuts to the top and bottom so they can flex. Great stuff.
The knee pads performed as advertised. A must have for anyone who wants to stay comfortable in the field…
i use these pads in my work pants at home. great dont slide around and very shock asorbant even after all day use
Far Superior to Issue
Everyone says you'll never use the knee pad pockets in the ACUs. Hah! The issue pads were fairly worthless but the Skydex pads are very comfortable (you forget they are there) and provide excellent protection in field conditions when taking a knee on ground that is not knee friendly. I wish Skydex would make an elbow pad as well.
There are not replacements for tactical pads that are required in more aggressive missions.
Knee Pocket Inserts
These are a lot more comfortable than knee pads. These will not cause any blood circulation problems since there is nothing being strapped around the leg. The issue infantry guys might have with this is that the pant leg will wear out a lot faster since the knee area of the pant will be in direct contact with the ground.

These work great in the ACUs and TRUs. They fit perfectly, and are much more shock absorbant than those useless 5.11 knee pads. These actually feel like they protect your knees, and they are pretty comfortable to wear while used in the knee pad pockets.
